Cancellation

You have the liberty to discontinue using and request the cancellation of your User Account and/or any Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) Services at any time, following the instructions provided within the Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) platform. Cancellation of Paid Services will be effective at the end of the subscription period.

For subscriptions to Renewing Paid Services, discontinuation will occur upon the respective period’s expiration for which payment was made. To prevent automatic renewal and charges, please submit cancellation requests at least fourteen (14) days before the current service period’s expiry, if directly purchased from Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS).

For detailed information on canceling Paid Services purchased from Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS): contact your account manager, create a support ticket, or call our customer care team for guidance on canceling Paid Services.

It is that easy. You have the flexibility to cancel your account or services anytime. After processing your cancellation request, there will be no additional charges for subscription renewals. Cancellation terms for Paid Services from a Reseller adhere to the agreed-upon terms between you and the Reseller.

Cancellation by Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS)

Failure to comply with the Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) Terms or non-payment of due Fees may lead to the suspension or cancellation of your User Account, User Platform features, and related services, including Third-Party Services. If your User Account is obtained through a Reseller or you purchase Paid Services from a Reseller, Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account based on certain circumstances, such as the Reseller’s request or failure to remit payments to Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) You acknowledge and agree that Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) bears no liability for such actions, and any recourse should be directed towards the Reseller.

Money-Back Guarantee

We at Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re dissatisfied with your initial purchase of our packages or plan, you have the flexibility to cancel for any reason within fourteen (14) days of your first order or activation of the packages or plan (the “Refund” and “Refund Period”). This refund offer applies solely to the initial purchase of a package or plan that we offer, specifically upgrades from our free website services. Please note that this refund does not apply to additional purchases, upgrades, modifications, or renewals of services provided by Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS). Should your jurisdiction necessitate a longer Refund Period, we’ll comply with all applicable laws.

Should you notify us within the Refund Period, we will refund the amount charged for our services in the currency of the original transaction. Please be aware that currency fluctuations and third-party fees may result in differences between the refunded amount and the amount originally charged. Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) shall not be liable for discrepancies arising from currency exchange rate changes or fees levied by third parties. Following the Refund Period, fees paid become non-refundable and non-cancellable. We reserve the right to charge users for services received if we find a notice of cancellation to be in bad faith or an attempt to evade payment for services rendered, as permitted by applicable law.

Please note: Certain services, including Third-Party Services like domains, business tools, and applications, may be entirely non-refundable. Terms for each purchased service or application are outlined on the Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) website or during the purchasing process. It is your responsibility to ascertain the cancellation policies before making a purchase. Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS) will not refund payments for non-refundable Paid Services, applications, or Third-Party Services.

We proudly offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our monthly or annual paid services upon initial purchase, with the potential for extension in accordance with the law. This provision does not apply if you are a Reseller User and remit payment to the Reseller.

We strongly advise reviewing the terms of each service before purchase, as some services may not be refundable.

Chargebacks

In the event of a decline, chargeback, or rejection of payable fees directly to Mobile Detail Solutions (MDS), your use of our services may be terminated. If a Chargeback occurs, your User Account could be blocked without the option for re-purchase or re-use, and any data within said account, including domains, applications, and Third-Party Services, may be subject to cancellation and Capacity Loss (as defined in Section 6.3 below).

To prevent service cancellation and account blocking, we encourage users to contact our Customer Support team before initiating a Chargeback or reversing payment. Users may be held responsible for applicable fees, in addition to repayment of Fees associated with Wix Services purchased and charged back.

We retain the right to dispute any Chargeback received by providing pertinent information and documentation indicating that the user responsible for the Chargeback authorized the transaction and utilized the services thereafter.

Chargebacks may lead to account cancellation. Please contact our Customer Care team before initiating a chargeback to avoid subsequent fees, losses, and account-related issues.
